About Us:
We are a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, offering a wide range of products and services for both residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to provide the best possible flooring experience from selection to installation.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Flooring Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by assisting customers in selecting flooring options, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires an individual who is passionate about flooring, customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential customers through various channels (walk-ins, phone, email, and events). Recommend flooring products based on customer needs (carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, etc.). Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and installation processes. Generate sales leads, follow up, and maintain an active customer pipeline. Create quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up. Assist customers in showroom displays and help them visualize flooring options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation. Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings. Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Maintain an organized, clean sales floor. Process payments and manage sales paperwork.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in flooring or a related field. Strong product knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team. Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus. Competency in basic math and experience with G-Suite. Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission:
Earnings ranging from $60,000 to $150,000+.
