Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Store Team Member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service Assist with packaging, shipping, printing, and other store services Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately Maintain clean and organized store appearance Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information Upsell products and services when appropriate Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and comfort with technology Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player Join us as we strive to create an engaging shopping experience while leading our team toward success!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
