Role Overview:

As a Luxury Fine Jewelry Advisor, you will be a trusted expert and brand ambassador, guiding clients through their selection of exceptional jewelry pieces. Your role will be pivotal in delivering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and showcasing your expertise in luxury jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their tastes, preferences, and special occasions.

Product Expertise:

Maintain a deep knowledge of fine jewelry collections, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Sales Excellence:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while delivering a consultative, no-pressure approach to client engagement.

Showroom Presentation:

Ensure the showroom reflects a luxurious and welcoming environment, with displays arranged to showcase the artistry and elegance of each piece.

Custom Design Support:

Collaborate with clients on bespoke jewelry designs, ensuring their vision is expertly realized.

After-Sales Care:

Provide exceptional follow-up services, including resizing, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring clients feel valued beyond their purchase.

Trend Awareness:

Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury jewelry, gemstones, and global design influences to keep your expertise relevant and fresh.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales, with a focus on fine jewelry or related industries. Passion for gemstones, precious metals, and the art of jewelry-making. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with a sophisticated and diverse clientele. A meticulous eye for detail and an appreciation for craftsmanship and design. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Proficiency in POS systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
