At The Detroit Shoppe our mission is to celebrate the people, places, and products that make Detroit such a great city, and to donate our profit to charity. We are seeking confident, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating a positive experience for our guests while driving sales in a fun, energetic, team-oriented environment.
OUR TEAM MEMBERS
Work as a unified and energetic team to maximize the experience of our guests. Generate pride and loyalty in our store by sharing our non-profit mission and support for local vendors with every guest Work to their fullest potential in all areas of the business to contribute to the success of The Detroit Shoppe and are aware of store goals Continually ensure that the store is filled, straightened, and guest-ready every day and that standards are maintained on both the sales floor and the stock room Strive to go above and beyond for our guests
JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU
Are a team player, energetic and enjoy engaging with people Have previous retail and/or customer service experience Are reliable with a strong work ethic Have strong communication and time management skills Have open availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends. Are able to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, pull, engage in moderate physical activity and safely lift up to 25lbs
