Store Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and checkout processes Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular inventory counts using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Operate equipment such as pallet jack, and other material handling tools to load, unload, and transport merchandise safely Conduct shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products and accurate documentation of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain store cleanliness by performing routine cleaning duties, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays, pricing products accurately, and ensuring proper signage is in place Provide excellent customer service through the checkout process to ensure a positive customer experience throughout their visit. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or unloading activities Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Retail sales experience combined with customer service expertise to engage shoppers effectively Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and transaction handling at the cashier station Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous for understanding store workflows Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in retail operations.
