Competitive Pay:

We provide a starting wage of $15 - $16/hour, based on experience.

Incentives & Bonuses:

Bonuses and individual performance incentives are paid monthly, and Retail Sales Associates earn on average $2 - $3 more per hour worked .

Paid Training:

30-45 days of comprehensive onboarding set you up for success. No battery experience is needed to be successful! What You'll Do Customer Service & Sales Greet customers and identify their needs with a helpful, positive attitude. Recommend solutions and suggest add-ons to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Assist with phone inquiries, transactions, and basic repairs (training provided). Support commercial accounts and build lasting customer relationships. Store Operations Operate POS system and help accurately manage inventory. Build displays, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store. Deliver products to local business clients. Participate in store opening, closing, and daily operations. What We're Looking For Experience in customer service or retail sales. Strong verbal communication and people skills. Comfortable learning technology systems (POS, inventory tools). Team-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform hands-on tasks. Valid driver's license and ability to work weekends.
