In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, showcasing our products, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. Employee is fluent in both Spanish and English Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays. Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with product demonstrations or supervising others can enhance your candidacy.
