Retail Parts Associate

We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Parts Associates for our Alexandria, MN location. Whether helping customers find the right RV part or accessory, managing storage customer accounts, or keeping the store organized and stocked, you'll play an important role in delivering a great customer experience. We're looking for a Parts Associate who… Enjoys working with customers in a retail environment Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills Can help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV or camper Has the ability to upsell or recommend accessories and related products Is comfortable handling customer account and billing responsibilities Is organized and detail-oriented Can lift up to 50 lbs. Is available to work Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email Help customers locate parts and accessories for their campers and RVs Receive, stock, organize, and merchandise inventory Pull parts for technicians and customer orders Answer customer questions and recommend related accessories or products Assist with the administration of our RV storage program, including customer communication, account maintenance, billing, and related recordkeeping Help maintain a clean, organized parts showroom and warehouse Work closely with coworkers to keep the department running efficiently

Experience:

Previous parts, retail, automotive, RV, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
