Full Job Description Position Overview:
The Sales Associate supports the customer journey by managing day-to-day communication, maintaining engagement with prospective buyers, coordinating appointments and follow-up activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. This role works in partnership with the Lead Sales Counselor, who retains primary responsibility for sales strategy and contract conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers throughout portions of the sales journey. Conduct timely follow-up with leads generated through digital, referral, and walk-in channels. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments with the Lead Sales Counselor. Maintain a proactive communication cadence to keep prospects engaged. Support the Lead Sales Counselor with lead management and pipeline tracking. Assist with qualification conversations and customer needs discovery. Prepare preliminary pricing information, community materials, and customer presentations. Coordinate customer documentation and maintain CRM accuracy. Support contract preparation and administrative sales tasks. Help maintain model home presentation standards. Ensure customer visits and appointments are organized and professionally executed. Coordinate with construction, design, mortgage, and closing teams as needed. Track lead status and maintain complete and accurate customer notes. Monitor appointment conversion and follow-up activity. Assist in reporting pipeline metrics and sales performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously Ability to connect with diverse clients and build lasting relationships. Comfortable working within CRM systems and defined sales processes Collaborative and customer-focused mindset Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. Available to work Tuesday - Saturday, approximately 10 am-6 pm. Some evenings may be required.
