AT&T Team Member:

Speak directly with customers to promote AT&T wireless products and services Help customers compare service options and recommend solutions that fit their needs Support daily sales efforts by maintaining consistent communication and professional interactions Build strong relationships with customers while creating a positive customer experience Learn how to confidently handle questions, objections, and different customer scenarios Work alongside other AT&T Team Member team members to maintain strong sales performance and daily outreach goals Track individual progress and contribute to overall sales and team performance Represent the AT&T brand professionally in face-to-face customer interactions throughout the Minnesota area What We're Looking For in an

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment Interest in sales, customer interaction, and professional growth Ability to work full-time and commute to our Minnesota office location daily Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role is a plus, but not required Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
