Job Description:

Powersports enthusisit is a MUST! Affilaition with a snowmobile and/or ATV/SXS ride group strongly preffered. As a Powersports Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect Powersports vehicle or equipment to suit their needs. This role involves providing product knowledge, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in marketing initiatives, attend industry events, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their Powersports needs and preferences. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Conduct sales transactions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings. Engage with customers using social media.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the Powersports or automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
