Overview Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your passion for customer service and sales will shine! In this role, you'll engage with customers, showcase products, and create memorable shopping experiences. You'll be helping customers find exactly what they need while driving sales and enhancing store performance. What you'll do Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm to ensure a welcoming shopping atmosphere. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits and drive customer interest. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability. Stock shelves and manage inventory levels to keep the store well-supplied. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately. Preferred qualifications Previous retail sales experience Experience in supervising or training team members is a plus! Familiarity with retail math concepts to understand sales data and trends. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
