What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting revenue growth and creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll serve as a trusted resource for customers while helping identify opportunities to expand business relationships. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders through CRM and ERP systems Follow up on sales opportunities, customer requests, and dormant accounts Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts Research product configurations, compatibility, and market pricing Maintain accurate customer and sales records Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, technical, and customer care teams Follow established sales processes, SOPs, and KPI expectation Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive company success.
