We are hiring for sales professionals with a passion for fashion and helping people feel their best. Are you a parent with some time on your hands while your kid is in school/activities? Or maybe you're retired, but want to keep active. This position would be the perfect fit. Come join our enthusiastic team in a fast-paced environment! We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 20-25 hours/week year-round, while being flexible with days, nights and weekends. The relationships you make at Bender's can last a lifetime! Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Retail Sales Associates team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Schedule may include some weekends and/or holidays Skills Friendly, outgoing demeanor Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
