Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maximizing upselling opportunities. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of popular models and accessories. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities. Develop and deliver compelling presentations during public speaking engagements or dealership events to promote vehicle features and benefits. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and supporting them throughout the buying process. Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth operations, including retail math calculations, inventory management, and organizational tasks necessary for high-volume retail sales. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong background in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments preferred. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership operations is a plus. Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing campaigns is advantageous. Excellent customer service orientation combined with public speaking skills to confidently present vehicle features at events or dealership meetings. Ability to handle retail math calculations accurately and apply organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
