• Full-time Retail Floor Associate Our Melrose, MN location is looking for a customer-focused and dependable individual to fill a full-time Retail Store Associate position.

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring superior customer service and retail floor inventory management. This includes greeting and assisting customers, processing payments, and keeping the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized. This position requires a positive attitude to provide a great customer experience and retail team support.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Assist in supporting and training store staff. Contribute to and promote a positive team environment. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge, especially in dairy-related supplies. Help customers load/carry products. Maintain and monitor floor stock/inventory. Assist in monitoring store sales performance and contribute to achieving store goals. Open and close retail store. Assist with merchandising, promotions, and displays. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-year previous experience in related role. Understanding and knowledge of dairy industry and supplies strongly preferred. Understanding and knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude; with the ability to understand and calmly handle customer concerns. Strong work ethic and team-player mentality. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; ability to multitask. Embrace change; highly adaptable. Ability to stand, walk, push a cart, carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, bend, and reach; must be able to work full shifts on your feet.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday

• Friday Hours varying between 7:30 a.

m. and 6 p.m. Rotating every 4th

Saturday Wage & Benefits:
