Full Job Description Bilingual Cellular Sales Representative Total Wireless Compensation:

$42,000 - $62,000+ per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)

The Role:

Beyond the Counter At Total Wireless, we don't just wait for the door to chime. A massive part of this role involves being proactive. When there are no customers in the store, you won't be in the back room—you will be outside, engaging the community, and bringing the business to us. You are a great fit if: You are comfortable stepping outside the four walls of the store to prospect potential customers. You have the "gift of gab" and can strike up a conversation with anyone. You thrive on a "hustle" culture where your paycheck is a direct reflection of your effort.

What You'll Do Active Outside Prospecting:

When the store is quiet, you will be outside the storefront or in the immediate area engaging with the public, handing out materials, and convincing people to switch to Total Wireless.

Drive Traffic:

Perform outbound activities (calls, community engagement, sidewalk greeting) to ensure a steady stream of customers.

Consultative Selling:

Educate customers on our products and services, guiding them through the sales process from start to finish.

Exceed Goals:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your uncapped commission potential.

Store Excellence:

Assist the Manager with daily operations and maintain a professional, welcoming environment. What's In It For You?
