This position serves as the face of our dispensary and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with all Minnesota cannabis regulations and company policies. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner. Verify customer identification and age requirements in accordance with Minnesota law. Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, beverages, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and desired experiences. Answer customer questions regarding product usage, effects, and responsible consumption. Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Cash Handling & Point-of-Sale Operations Accurately process transactions using the dispensary point-of-sale system. Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly. Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout each shift. Complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation procedures. Report any discrepancies or concerns to management immediately. Inventory & Compliance Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Participate in routine inventory counts and audits. Ensure products are properly labeled, displayed, and stored according to company standards. Adhere to all Minnesota cannabis regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Report damaged, expired, or missing products to management promptly. Store Operations Assist with opening and closing duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dispensary. Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Attend required meetings and ongoing training sessions. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Ability to pass all required background checks and comply with Minnesota cannabis regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures. Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds.
