You will:
Transform full homes into thoughtfully staged estate sales Help create an organized, welcoming shopping experience Support families during meaningful transitions If you enjoy organizing, problem-solving, and working with people, this role is both active and rewarding.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
You might be a strong fit if: You are dependable and show up on time You are a team player and communicate well You think quickly and problem-solve in real time You are comfortable making decisions (including pricing items) You have an eye for organizing and staging items in a way that attracts buyers You are tech-comfortable (smartphone, apps, basic online research) You remain calm and professional with all types of shoppers You are respectful of clients, homes, and belongings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Setup & Staging Sort, organize, and prepare household items Research and price items using your phone and online tools Stage items in a visually appealing, retail-style layout Sale Days Assist shoppers and answer questions Work as cashier or sales floor support Maintain organization throughout the sale Handle pricing questions and navigate negotiations professionally Clean Out Days Pack remaining items Sort and document donations Assist with haul-out preparation Sweep, vacuum, and reset the home
IMPORTANT NOTES
(PLEASE READ) Active role: standing, bending, lifting (generally 20-40 lbs — know your limits) Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access Must be comfortable researching and pricing items independently Some homes may be dusty or have environmental factors (allergies may be impacted) Contractors are responsible for their own protective gear (recommended: masks, gloves) Flexible eating schedule is helpful — we encourage breaks, but days can move quickly
TRAINING PROCESS
Your training period includes a full project cycle: Setup Sale days Clean out After completion, we will review performance and determine placement on the regular team and pay increase.
