We're a woman, LGBTQIA+, and ADHD-owned small business with a supportive team and a loyal customer base. We're looking for outgoing, reliable people to help represent Fuzzbutt at conventions, festivals, fairs, and trade shows throughout Minnesota and beyond. This is a customer-facing role where you'll spend your time helping shoppers find products they love, sharing information about our handmade items, restocking displays, and creating a fun experience for customers. If you enjoy talking with people, love pets, and don't mind spending a day on your feet at busy events, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers and help them find products that fit their pets and personalities Answer questions about products and pricing Process sales using Square POS Restock displays and keep the booth organized throughout the event Assist with setup and teardown of booths and displays Help load and unload inventory and equipment Maintain a positive, welcoming experience for customers Represent the Fuzzbutt brand professionally at events Skills & Requirements Friendly, outgoing personality Comfortable starting conversations with strangers Reliable and punctual Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly, 70lbs at times Comfortable working in busy, sometimes crowded environments Able to learn product information and communicate it confidently Weekend availability required About You You're the type of person who: Actually enjoys talking to people Can stay upbeat even during long event days Doesn't need constant supervision to stay productive Notices when displays need attention and jumps in to help Enjoys conventions, festivals, fairs, markets, or retail environments Can represent a small business professionally while still having fun Work Environment Events range from local festivals and community celebrations to large conventions and state fairs. Some events are indoors, while others may be outdoors and subject to weather conditions.

Shifts may involve:

Standing for most of the day Walking between storage and booth areas Lifting inventory and displays Working in crowds and busy event environments No two events are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting.
