What You'll Do:

Greet walk-in customers and respond to internet and phone leads Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives Match customers with the right vehicle, features, and financing options Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets Follow up with prospects to close deals and generate repeat/referral business Stay knowledgeable on Ford products and current incentives

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, not required) Competitive, self-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn Excellent communication and people skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening
