Stihl Wolf is looking for a dependable, professional Security Team Member to help create a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, observant, and comfortable handling difficult situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Hours range from very part-time to part-time depending on availability and business needs.

Availability Needed:

Responsibilities:
Check IDs and monitor guest entryMaintain a safe environment for guests and staffDe-escalate conflicts and address disruptive behavior professionallyMonitor crowd activity and identify potential issues before they escalateAssist bartenders and staff as neededPerform bar back duties, including stocking beer, liquor, ice, and suppliesHelp maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the barAssist with opening and closing tasksEnforce house rules and alcohol service policies
Qualifications:
Comfortable with confrontation and conflict resolutionAbility to remain calm under pressureStrong communication and people skillsReliable, punctual, and professionalSecurity, law enforcement, military, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not requiredMust be at least 18 years oldIf you're someone who can confidently manage situations, support the team, and help create a great experience for our guests, we'd love to hear from you.
