Full-Time beem® Mission At beem® Light Sauna , we help our community \"find their glow\" through infrared and light therapy. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Consultant who is motivated by targets, thrives on B2C interaction, and knows how to turn a first-time guest into a lifelong member. While this role includes vital studio maintenance and \"sauna attendant\" duties, your primary success metric is membership growth. Core Requirements (Must-Haves)
Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of B2C sales experience (fitness, boutique wellness, or high-end retail preferred).
Membership-Minded:
Demonstrated ability to handle objections, \"always be closing,\" and meet monthly sales quotas.
Lead Management Pro:
Experience managing a sales funnel through a CRM (MindBody preferred) including heavy phone, text, and email outreach.
Community Connector:
A \"hunter\" mentality for local B2B outreach and organizing pop-up events to drive new leads. Key Responsibilities 1. B2C Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)
Conversion:
Lead the entire sales process—from greeting walk-ins to conducting studio tours and closing membership packages.
Outreach:
Execute daily sales activities, including 20+ outbound touchpoints (calls/texts/emails) to prospective members and \"old leads.\"
Retention:
Engage with current members to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services or retail.
Events:
Actively seek out and attend local SLP community events and B2B partnerships to build the brand's local footprint. 2. Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations 10-
Star Service:
Provide a premium, hospitality-driven experience for every guest.
Administrative Excellence:
Manage the MindBody system with precision, ensuring all member data and contracts are accurate.
Social Proof:
Assist in capturing content for LinkedIn and Facebook to drive digital engagement and lead flow. 3. Studio Operations (The \"Glow\" Standard)
Operational Hybrid:
Transition into a \"Sauna Attendant\" role for designated shifts, ensuring the facility is medical-grade clean.
Room Turnover:
Perform rapid, meticulous resets of sauna rooms (sanitizing, glass polishing, and light therapy calibration).
Laundry & Inventory:
Manage high-volume towel turnover and restock supplies to ensure the studio is always \"guest-ready.\"
Skills & Qualifications Exceptional Communicator:
You can talk to anyone and have a knack for persuasive storytelling.
