Locally owned retail store preparing for an exciting transition into Minnesota's regulated cannabis market. We're seeking motivated, customer-focused team members who want to be part of a growing industry and help build the future of our business. This position starts part-time with the opportunity for increased hours and advancement as our cannabis operations expand. Position Summary As a Cannabis Retail Associate, you'll help customers navigate our product offerings, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations, and provide an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Educate customers on products and promotions Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Verify customer age and identification Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Receive and organize inventory shipments Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements Assist with opening and closing procedures Support store operations as we transition into cannabis retail
