Prioritize and organize work Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team Work with minimal supervision Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner Checking guests in and out in a professional manner Complete the registration process working with a computer system Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, and vouchers, vigilantly Provide concierge services Transmit and receive messages using a telephone Provide satisfactory overall customer service Be of assistance to the Bellperson/Shuttle Driver Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Provide or obtain accurate information Other duties as assigned by management We are seeking candidates with: Basic computer skills Experience in a customer service-oriented role Availability for flexible scheduling Communicate in the English language

Physical Environment:
