The ideal candidate will have a passion to engage with people and represent Splatter Paints, a fun and unique venue offering different experiences for people looking for something fun and exciting. ## Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome
  • Instruct and lead customers through the Splatter Paints experience
  • Check in customers, ensure they have waivers filled out
  • Utilize the point of sale system as required
  • Clean store and refill supplies
  • Be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants ## Shifts
  • Regularly work Thursdays from 4:45-9PM and Saturdays from 11:45
  • 6PM ## Skills
  • Strong background in retail and customer facing environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-manage and direct, we have a small team and you will have to work on your own a large portion of the time and must be self-motivated.
