Job Description

Sales Associate Key responsibilities include: Greet and engage with customers, making them feel welcome in the store Answer customer questions, phone calls, texts, emails Use our social media for creating content and responding to customers. Present, promote and sell products and services Check customers out with their purchases, fulfill web orders, and ship merchandise Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, products, and restock inventory Ensure adequate stock of packaging supplies (bows, boxes, bags) Learn and use equipment; jewelers' loupe, ring sizers, gemstone & diamond testers, ultrasonic cleaner, steamer, and engraving machines Learn proper maintenance of jewelry, advising customers when repairs are needed Accurately take in customer repair jobs and arrange customer pickups Complete store opening/closing duties Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will possess: Ability to be at work on time, detail oriented Great listening and communication skills Understanding of social media platforms, posting, replying Computer skills (Email, Word, Excel Pay Range Starting at $15 per hour plus 5% commission
