Hourly + Bonuses (high earning potential) About the Job We're hiring energetic, outgoing OPC Marketers to greet guests, share information about local shows & attractions, and help book discounted vacation packages. This role is perfect for people who love talking to guests, enjoy being active, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. No complicated marketing work — just people skills, personality, and enthusiasm . Responsibilities Engage with guests in person at high-traffic resort and attraction locations Share information about our vacation packages, promotions, and local experiences Help guests register for promotions, giveaways, and mini-vacation offers Answer basic questions about the resort, Branson shows, and local attractions Maintain a friendly, positive, high-energy presence Keep your workspace clean and organized Follow all company guidelines and compliance requirements Work with the sales/concierge team to ensure smooth guest handoff What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly, confident personality Strong communication & people skills Ability to approach and talk with guests comfortably Reliable, responsible, and professional Ability to stand/move for extended periods (this is an active role) Weekend availability preferred MUST have experience No experience required — we'll train you!
