Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products and services to meet their needs. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with retail sales transactions, and support financial services such as banking and loan processing. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on products and services to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations, upselling, and closing sales effectively Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering procedures Process sales transactions with attention to detail and compliance with company policies Maintain accurate cash management records and perform daily cash register reconciliations Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing proficiency Knowledge of financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
