Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at Smith Creek Winery! Are you an outgoing, people-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity? Smith Creek Winery, located at Branson Landing in Branson, MO, is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply love connecting with people, this is your chance to be part of a fun, dynamic environment where exceptional guest service is our top priority! What You'll Do As a Sales Associate at Smith Creek Winery, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers in a fun, energetic, and welcoming manner. Assisting customers in locating and selecting merchandise. Answering questions about product location, pricing, and usage. Providing top-notch customer service with a friendly and caring attitude. What We're Looking For We're excited to welcome individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
Customer Service Skills:
A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and teammates.
Team Player:

Physical Requirements:
Comfortable standing, reaching, bending, and moving for extended periods.
Flexibility:
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient with technology to assist in daily tasks.
Background Check:
