Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front Counter Clerk to join our retail team! Duties Greet customers warmly as they approach the front counter, providing exceptional customer service. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts. Assist customers with inquiries. Tag customer orders accurately. Bag and file completed cleaning orders. Manage phone inquiries. Support inventory management. Ensure the storefront and work area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required. Supervising experience is a plus; ability to lead by example and assist team members when needed. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Strong communication skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
