Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a warm, trustworthy, and motivated Tanning Consultant to join our faith-based salon team. In this role, you will welcome clients with a joyful spirit, help them achieve their desired glow, and handle front-desk transactions. Our mission is to provide an uplifting, clean, and positive environment where every guest feels valued, respected, and refreshed.
Key Responsibilities Client Hospitality:
Welcome guests warmly, answer phones, and manage appointment bookings.
Skin Care Consultation:
Evaluate client skin types and recommend safe, customized tanning schedules.
Sales & Education:
Educate clients on premium tanning lotions, memberships, and upgrades.
Cashier Duties:
Process payments and manage the cash register with high integrity and accuracy.
Salon Cleanliness:
Sanitize tanning beds, booths, and lobby areas after every use to maintain top standards. Qualifications Strong communication skills and a friendly, Christ-centered attitude toward customer service. High level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. Previous experience in retail, sales, or cash handling is a plus. Basic computer literacy to learn our salon software.
