In this role, you will greet and help customers find the right battery solutions—from car batteries to key fobs—while delivering excellent service with a positive attitude! No prior experience? No problem. We're happy to train the right person who's eager to learn and grow and learn in this industry!

PM What You'll Do:

Greet customers and provide helpful product recommendations Test and install batteries (car, watch, and more) Answer phone calls and assist with questions Process sales and handle returns professionally Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked Assist with receiving and inventory Deliver great service using our "I Promise" customer care model

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong customer focus Dependability and solid work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and product knowledge Ability to use basic tools (or willingness to learn) Attention to detail and safety Ability to pass a drug screen (including THC) Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
