Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service café. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to engage with customers and promote menu items will contribute to the overall success of our café. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow; retail math experience is beneficial. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
