Job Description

MOTREE & Contracting is a rapidly growing, family-owned tree service based in Lesterville, Missouri. We are looking to add up to two dependable and hardworking team members to our crew. Our shop and company lot are located in Lesterville, MO. Employees are expected to report to our shop each workday and travel with the crew to job sites throughout Southeast Missouri, including Farmington, Arcadia Valley, Fredericktown, Ellington, Piedmont, and surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For:
Previous tree service experience preferred Experience operating chainsaws safely and professionally Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable transportation and strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred Experience with bucket trucks, climbing, rigging, CDL driving, equipment operation, or crew leadership is a plus
What You'll Be Doing:
Tree removals and pruning Brush and debris cleanup Rigging and lowering operations Equipment operation (depending on experience) Working safely as part of a professional crew Providing quality service to our customers
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $18-$28 per hour and is based on demonstrated experience, skill level, safety awareness, work ethic, and overall ability to perform tree service tasks. Experienced applicants are encouraged to apply; however, compensation is determined by proven ability, not simply years claimed in the industry. Applicants may be asked to demonstrate relevant skills during the hiring process.
Schedule:
Full-time Typical work week of 35-50 hours Hours may vary due to weather conditions and workload Overtime opportunities may be available

Pay:
