Job Description
Requirements of the Harley-Davidson and Textron sales representative: Excited to get to know new customers and help them achieve their dreams on or off road Maintain a professional appearance Study, learn and maintain knowledge of motorcycles, ATV/UTVs, and golf carts that we sell (we will train you!) Daily responsibilities of the sales representative: Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text. Check email frequently and respond to customers inquiries immediately. Learn and follow the scripting required by our process. Set appointments for our customers to meet our employees and test drive vehicles. Learn Dealership policies, products and procedures . Learn and understand manufacture incentives and programs test drive vehicles in our inventory with our customers. Work with our Sales Managers and Customers throughout the buying experience. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
