PM Pay Rate:

• $22.10 to $34.45 per hour
• Key Responsibilities
• In this role, you will: + Process customer transactions using POS systems with accuracy and integrity + Open and close the store following established procedures + Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally + Receive, process, and track incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments + Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and organized stockroom operations + Execute merchandising standards, floor sets, and product displays + Process returns, exchanges, Mark Out of Stock (MOS), and Return to Vendor (RTV) items + Coordinate inter-store transfers and special customer orders + Support annual inventory counts and ongoing cycle counts + Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are consistently organized and appealing + Monitor store safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance needs + Communicate customer concerns and operational issues to leadership •Required & Preferred Qualifications•

Required:

• + High school diploma or GED + 4+ years of retail, customer service, or related experience (or equivalent education/experience combination) + Strong communication skills (verbal and written) + Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment + Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Preferred:

• + Previous experience in retail sales or inventory-heavy environments + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting + Experience handling POS systems, inventory tracking, or stockroom operations + Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in changing priorities
