Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm for automotive excellence and customer service will drive success! We value motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive expertise and deliver outstanding service every day. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting auto parts and accessories by providing detailed product information and recommendations based on their vehicle requirements Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cashing out, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Negotiate prices and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Create online listings for parts Support vehicle maintenance and automotive repair services by providing technical guidance Experience Previous retail sales experience in an automotive parts environment is preferred Customer service, and effective communication Familiarity with Shopify, eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
