Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, providing information about different strains and their effects, and ensuring a positive and safe experience for all customers. Job starts at $15, Plus tips.Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, THC/CBD content, and product effects
- Educate customers on safe consumption methods and responsible use of cannabis
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and track inventory
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all customers
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other languages, is a plus.
