Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present products, and recommend solutions. Scrub Hub is a retail store specializing in medical uniforms and accessories. Our customers mean the world to us. They come from a profession where they put others first every day. We believe they deserve a customer experience that puts them first. From our knowledgeable associates to a welcoming smile, we strive to make the experience of shopping for scrubs enjoyable and effortless. We have great hours, M-F 10-7, Saturday 10-5. We are closed Sundays and Major Holidays. We are currently looking for someone who is looking for a part time position, about 15-20 hours a week.
Customer Care list includes:
Welcoming every customer to the store Listening and responding to customer needs Learning the products offered so customers can be assisted properly. Assisting at point of sale Maintaining the store and ensuring merchandise fixtures are organized and fully- stocked. Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
