Job Description

•Looking for someone to work anytime as needed as a fill in. This could be anytime between 10am-10pm Monday-Sunday. Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where your enthusiasm and expertise will create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. As a vital point of contact, you will educate customers on product options, assist with selections, and ensure they have a positive experience every time. Your role is essential in promoting responsible consumption while providing exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly growing cannabis industry, blending retail sales skills with product knowledge and community engagement. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on their preferences and experience levels Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and proper dosing to promote safe use and responsible consumption Conduct product demos and tastings when appropriate, highlighting features and benefits of various items to enhance customer understanding Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and accurate record keeping Maintain well-organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are visually appealing and easily accessible Assist with inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock counts, and notifying management of low inventory levels Uphold compliance with all local regulations regarding age verification, product labeling, and sales restrictions while maintaining professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Experience Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or specialty shops is highly desirable Supervising experience or leadership roles that demonstrate the ability to oversee team members or manage daily operations is a plus Bilingual skills are beneficial for serving diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product details and answer customer questions confidently Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math ensures smooth transaction processes Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices enhances store presentation and inventory control Familiarity with customer service principles in retail or grocery settings helps create positive shopping experiences Join us to be part of an innovative industry where your passion for helping others meets exciting career growth opportunities.
