Here is a list of job duties typically associated with this role! Empowering work environment that also requires ambition and self-initiative to succeed. Weekend schedule - 2-3 Saturdays and 1 on call Sunday a month Duties Provide exceptional customer service - create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for brides and their entourage. Recognize and understand the emotional nature of wedding dress shopping. Provide support and reassurance to brides. Style brides! Help selecting their wedding dress and choose complementary accessories. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. Accurately document dress details and customer information in records or computer systems. Communicate general industry knowledge - fabrics, timelines, designers, etc Be an advocate for the bride! Help their voice be heard and ideas come to life! Answer phones Keep the store clean Steam bridal gowns Handle customers professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with boutique policies, including return and exchange policies, payment procedures, and appointment guidelines. Skills/Qualifications Professionalism Sales Communication Organizational skills Customer service skills Big smiles and positive attitudes! Can work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently Requirements Retail experience/sales experience is preferred but not required Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours Weekend availability Longevity within the position - 1.5-2+ years and growth in a long term position Proficient use of Apple computer systems
