If you're someone who likes seeing things organized, moving product, and being part of a crew that gets stuff done — keep reading. What You'll Be Doing No two shifts are the same, but here's the vibe most days: Unloading trucks and checking in new inventory (yes, you'll get your steps in) Stocking shelves, backrooms, and displays so everything's always where it should be Tagging, sorting, and organizing product by category, size, or SKU Rotating stock and pulling anything past its prime Keeping the backroom and sales floor clean, safe, and walkable Helping the team prep for new launches, seasonal resets, and big sale weekends Flagging low stock or damaged goods to the supervisor What We're Looking For You need: To be at least 18 years old The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift Reliability — if you're on the schedule, we count on you A team-first attitude and willingness to hustle Nice to have: Any previous stock, warehouse, retail, or logistics experience Familiarity with inventory apps or handheld scanners Availability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends No degree required. No experience required. We train the right people. Schedule & Hours Shifts available: mornings, evenings, and weekends Part-time and full-time positions open Flexible scheduling considered for students What You Get $17-$21/hr based on experience Paid sick leave in accordance with Kansas City ordinance Health benefits available for full-time associates after 60 days Real room to grow — many of our leads started in stock Work Environment This is an active, physical role. You'll be on your feet, lifting boxes, and moving through a busy stockroom and sales floor throughout your shift. It's loud sometimes, fast sometimes, and always worth it.
