Job Description Xclusive Roofing & Solar is growing and looking for motivated Sales Team Members to join our team. We are a locally owned Kansas City company specializing in residential and insurance restoration roofing projects. We are looking for individuals who are driven, comfortable talking with homeowners, and ready to build a long-term career—not just another sales job. This position is ideal for someone with experience in: Roofing sales Roof inspections Insurance claims / storm restoration Exterior construction sales Customer service and relationship building You will be responsible for generating opportunities, completing inspections, educating homeowners, managing your pipeline, and helping projects move from signed contract through production. Responsibilities ✔ Generate and manage leads ✔ Perform roof and exterior inspections ✔ Meet with homeowners and explain findings ✔ Assist with insurance claim processes when applicable ✔ Build and maintain customer relationships ✔ Coordinate with office staff and production teams ✔ Follow company systems and documentation processes ✔ Track jobs through completion Qualifications Roofing or construction sales experience preferred Storm restoration experience preferred Strong communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs Self-motivated with strong follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer ✅ Company Truck (based on qualifications/availability) ✅ Gas Card ✅ Competitive Commission Structure ✅ Uncapped Earning Potential ✅ Office Support & Scheduling Assistance ✅ Weekly Pay Schedule Monday-Friday Some evenings/weekends as needed
