Security Staff for Events

Temporary Event Staff Needed The primary responsibility of this position involves a degree of crowd / access control to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct identification checks to verify age requirements for patrons entering the entertainment district as needed. Manage and control crowds at entry points and within the district as needed. Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times. Interact positively with employees and customers, providing assistance and information as needed. Report any incidents or suspicious behavior to management or security as required. Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional client relationship skills, with the ability to interact positively with both employees and customers. Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times. Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is an asset. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or crowded situations. Must be able to stand for extended periods Additional Company Requirements Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
