What You'll Own in This Role Build and manage a healthy pipeline by responding to primarily inbound leads, maintaining momentum, and developing long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up. Lead clients through a consultative sales process, helping them make informed decisions with confidence from initial conversation through close. Deliver a high-quality customer experience through consistent communication, proactive follow-through, and expert guidance. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals while maintaining strong activity levels and a disciplined sales rhythm. Develop product and industry knowledge that enables you to speak credibly with customers about log home options, features, and the overall building journey. Represent Gastineau professionally across calls, email, in-person meetings, and industry events, helping strengthen the brand and generate new opportunities. What We're Looking For A proven track record of sales success, ideally in consultative, relationship-driven, or longer-cycle sales environments. Confidence in building trust, uncovering client needs, and guiding customers through meaningful purchase decisions. Strong communication skills across phone, email, presentations, and face-to-face interactions. Self-motivation, discipline, and accountability to manage follow-up, prioritize opportunities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A competitive drive paired with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Construction or homebuilding knowledge is helpful, but not required. We value coachability, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. A professional, personable presence that aligns with Gastineau's relationship-driven culture and reputation for service. What You Can Expect Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month and occasional weekend events. Clear performance expectations, with a strong flow of inbound leads supported by proactive follow-up, disciplined pipeline management, and a consistent customer experience.
