We are currently hiring an Customer Enrollment Associate to support our growing team in Overland Park. In this role, you will work directly with customers to simplify service options, explain plan details clearly, and help them choose solutions that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales strategy, preparing you to confidently guide conversations and manage the enrollment process from start to finish. As an Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll also develop skills in organization, account management, and communication, ensuring each interaction is efficient, informative, and professional. This position is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales and grow into leadership opportunities over time. Core Functions of the Customer Enrollment Associate Help customers choose and enroll in the AT&T Fiber plan that best fits their needs while delivering a positive customer experience. Build strong customer relationships through follow-up communication and ongoing account support. Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance their service. Clearly explain AT&T Fiber plans, speed options, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions. Maintain accurate customer records, account updates, and follow-up activities. Support team sales goals while gaining experience in onboarding, mentoring, and other leadership-focused responsibilities. Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training designed to support career growth and advancement. Preferred Skills for the Customer Enrollment Associate Adaptability to balance account management tasks with sales. Active listening to identify customer concerns and tailor solutions. Professionalism in handling sensitive account changes and customer inquiries. Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term customer accounts.
