Position Title Retail Lead Job Description What You Will Do Lead by example in delivering an exceptional, education-driven customer experience Support daily dispensary operations, including opening/closing procedures and workflow management Assist with coaching and supporting team members to maintain a positive, productive environment Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures Ensure compliance with all Missouri state regulations, security standards, and company policies Help maintain dispensary cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation Support leadership with inventory, customer flow, and operational priorities during peak business hours What Success Looks Like Consistently delivers outstanding customer interactions and team support Maintains accuracy in compliance, cash handling, and operational procedures Helps create an efficient, positive, and accountable team environment Supports store performance goals and daily operational success Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and leadership on the sales floor Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Previous retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required Compensation Base pay: $16.00 per hour plus tips Work Location Sunrise Dispensary -
