Modern office setting Collaborative and goal-oriented team Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and automobiles, along with a strong desire to exceed goals and deliver a great customer experience. This role is responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. Key Responsibilities Generate leads by conducting outreach and cold calls Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers Guide customers through the selection process based on needs and budget Negotiate pricing and effectively close sales deals Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Stay informed on product knowledge and automotive trends Qualifications Proven sales experience (automotive or related industry preferred) Strong phone and communication skills with the ability to build rapport Excellent negotiation and closing skills Detail-oriented and organized Proficiency with basic retail math and sales tools Passion for customer service and automotive products Experience in outbound or outside sales is a plus
