Sales Consultant / Interior Design Consultant Sleep EZzz Furniture & Mattress H.Q. - Rolla, MO Full-Time Position Sleep EZzz Furniture & Mattress H.Q. is a locally owned, family-operated business serving the Rolla area since 2000. We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, helping customers make important home furnishing decisions, and earning an excellent income based on your performance, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with furniture and mattress purchases Provide interior design and room planning recommendations Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Follow up with customers before and after sales Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise displays Learn product features and benefits to confidently guide customers
Qualifications:
1+ year of sales experience preferred Interior design experience or interest is a plus Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Ability to work
